Our managing Director, Tony White, attended a school again the week before last for the second 121 session with his 'team' of year 8 students, the final 'celebration' group session will be in a couple of months.
Tony says "its been a thoroughly stimulating experience for me, it's taken me out of my comfort zone discussing future options and potential career paths with some truly inspiring young adults.
I would recommend this program to any business whatever your size, engaging with the local community especially youngsters who will be your potential employee's managers even directors of the future is a very rewarding experience. Plus you have some fun along the way, so much so that I've been invited to attend the 60 minute mentor steering group meeting taking place next week."
